The Special Interest Group on Primary Data Acquisition (COM1-SIG) has been established to foster active participation from National Mapping and Cadastre Agencies (NMCAs) in the work of the EuroSDR Commission 1, and to enhance collaboration and information sharing across the community. COM1-SIG activities include regular virtual meetings on selected topics, as well as workshops and collaborative events aimed at sharing knowledge and solutions. Looking ahead, the group may propose joint initiatives, research projects, or thematic events to address common challenges in the field of primary data acquisition.
