EuroSDR is proud to announce the two winners of the 2022 EuroSDR award: Dr. Lulin Zhang and Dr. Calimanut-Ionut Cira.

• Dr. Lulin Zhang: “Feature matching for multi-epoch historical aerial images"
  
• Dr. Calimanut-Ionut Cira: "Contribution to Object Extraction in Cartography: A Novel Deep Learning-Based Solution to Recognise, Segment and Post-Process the Road Transport Network as a Continuous Geospatial Element in High-Resolution Aerial Orthoimagery"
  

They will present their thesis during the 141st EuroSDR Board of Delegates meeting in Brig, Switzerland, on 3rd November 2022.
